Do you offer PayPal?

Our store no longer accepts PayPal as a payment method due to increasingly limited access to it in China. Instead, we use UseePay, a European and Hong Kong based payment company similar to PayPal, that handles payment through credit cards.

We have been using UseePay as our payment processor since December of 2022 and have had no complaints at all from over 500 customers from over 30 countries during this time.

We believe that UseePay provides a reliable and easy-to-use payment processing solution for our customers and allows us to provide our products at a cheaper cost.

How long does it take to get my package?

We send out our packages using an international shipper based in Guangzhou. Please note parts can take 5-10 days to dispatch.

  • For air mail - it typically takes 2 weeks to reach you from the shipper.

  • For sea mail - it typically takes 4 weeks to reach you from the shipper.

Please be patient! The pandemic has affected many aspects of our lives, especially global shipping. There may be delays - unfortunately this is one factor that is out of our control. We will keep you updated as your package is shipped.

 

Why does my tracking number show the item hasn't been sent out yet?

As we go through a commercial shipper to keep international shipping fees viable for you (especially for larger parts), the packages are shipped in bulk via containers from a Chinese port to your country.

Tracking numbers are usually generated when the package is sent out by the shipper. Tracking information is only available once the package arrives through your country's customs. There is typically at least a week's time from when you receive the tracking number to when the tracking information starts to update.

For customers in the United States:

The tracking number provided to you is from UPS. UPS only handles the final leg of the delivery once the package has arrived in West Coast UPS Center. You'll only see tracking updates in the final 2-3 days of delivery from the West Coast UPS Center to you. 

Rest assured - the package is on its way from our country to yours.

 

What if my parts are damaged?

We package all your parts carefully before shipping, so typically items do not get damaged during shipping. However please open the package and check for any damage before signing for it. 

If your item is damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately and provide photographic proof (within 24 hours of receiving your order).
  • Please refuse to sign for the parcel and contact the delivery company to open a dispute.
